1 Whole Wheat Wrap
1.5 cups Romaine Lettuce
1 medium Tomato
1 half Cucumber
1 medium Red Bell Pepper
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
PREPARATION
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Brush the 4 oz chicken breast with olive oil and season lightly with salt, pepper, and any preferred grill seasoning.
Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Once done, allow it to rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
