PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the baby potatoes in halves or quarters depending on their size, and cut the bell pepper, zucchini, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the sausage slices until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
