1 cup Spinach
1 cup Vegetable Broth
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Fresh Ginger
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
1 pinch Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Rinse the red lentils thoroughly under cool water.
