6 pieces Chicken Wings (approx. 180g meat)
1.5 cups Broccoli (135g)
1 tsp Olive Oil
1.5 tbsp Honey
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with olive oil.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper.
Place the wings on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
While the wings are baking, prepare the honey garlic glaze by combining honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
In a separate bowl, toss the broccoli with a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Spread the broccoli on another baking sheet.
