PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
In an oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
Place the chicken breast in the skillet along with the mushrooms. Sauté the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes to start releasing their moisture.
