PREPARATION
Thinly slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of sesame oil. Sauté the chicken until it becomes crispy and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
