INGREDIENTS
6 oz Salmon Fillet
1 cup Green Beans
1 cup Cauliflower Florets
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp Butter
1 clove Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the salmon fillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden, then remove from the pan.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant, then add the green beans and cook for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Steam the cauliflower florets until they are very tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a bowl and mash with 1/2 tablespoon butter, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Plate the seared salmon alongside the garlic green beans and a serving of cauliflower mash. Serve warm and enjoy!
