1 cup Green Beans
1 cup Cauliflower
1.5 tsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to the skillet and sear the salmon for about 3-4 minutes per side until a golden crust forms and the salmon is just cooked through.
While the salmon is searing, steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
