1 cup Asparagus
1 cup Cauliflower
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic

PREPARATION
Pat the salmon dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the salmon skin-side down, searing for about 3-4 minutes until a crispy crust forms, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until desired doneness.
