INGREDIENTS
6.5 ounces Salmon Fillet (~184g)
1 cup Green Beans (~125g)
1.5 teaspoons Olive Oil (~7.5g)
1 Garlic Clove
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the salmon and season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Squeeze the lemon juice evenly onto the fillet.
Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is roasting, trim the ends off the green beans. Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the green beans to the skillet and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Once the salmon is cooked, plate it alongside the garlic green beans. Serve immediately, garnished with an extra squeeze of lemon if desired.
