INGREDIENTS
7 oz Wild Salmon Fillet
1 cup Green Beans
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/3 cup Cooked Brown Rice
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Parsley & Dill)
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half the olive oil and sear the salmon skin-side down for about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through but still moist.
While the salmon cooks, heat another pan over medium heat and add the remaining olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the green beans to the garlic, cooking for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, toss the cooked brown rice with the fresh chopped herbs. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Plate the salmon alongside the garlic green beans and a serving of herb rice. Serve immediately.
