4 oz Chicken Breast
2 oz Whole Wheat Pasta (dry)
1 medium Bell Pepper
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the whole wheat pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta cooks, slice the bell pepper into thin strips and mince the garlic.
Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and lightly golden.
