200 g Asparagus
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (from about 1/2 lemon)
1 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Thyme & Rosemary)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and freshly chopped thyme and rosemary.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add half of the olive oil. Once hot, sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.
