1 tbsp Honey
2 cloves Garlic
100g Asparagus
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray or brush with a small amount of oil.
In a bowl, combine the honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the honey garlic mixture to ensure they are evenly coated.
Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
