1 Lasagna Noodle sheet (approx. 40g)
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
1/4 medium Onion
1 Garlic clove
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Dried Italian Herbs
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
Add the lean ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Stir in the dried Italian herbs.
Mix in the tomato sauce with the beef and allow the flavors to meld for 5 minutes on low heat.
