120ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Maple Syrup
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, egg whites, vanilla protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, and baking powder. Stir until well integrated.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ground cinnamon and maple syrup.
Pour half of the oat mixture into the baking dish, then drizzle the cinnamon-maple mixture evenly over the top.
