1 large Egg
1/4 cup chopped Onion
1 Garlic clove
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 cup loosely packed Fresh Cilantro
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 small Green Chili
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
In a food processor or bowl, combine the chicken breast, boiled potato (mashed), egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until well combined, leaving a bit of texture.
Form the mixture into patties of your desired size and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the patties for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are cooked through and golden on the edges.
