Preheat your oven to 425°F.
In a small bowl, mix the juice of 1/2 lemon, minced garlic, olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour half of the lemon-herb mixture over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, toss broccoli florets with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them out on a baking sheet.
Roast the broccoli in the oven for 15-18 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and toss with the remaining lemon-herb mixture.
Slice the grilled chicken and serve alongside the whole wheat pasta, with roasted broccoli on the side.
