PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the chopped broccoli with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until edges are slightly crispy and tender.
