INGREDIENTS
1 block (14 oz) Extra Firm Tofu (approx 400g)
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
0.5 teaspoon Salt
0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
2 tablespoons Water
PREPARATION
Press the tofu for at least 20 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, gently toss the tofu cubes with the cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the tofu pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spread out in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
While the tofu bakes, prepare the spicy peanut dip by whisking together the natural peanut butter, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and water in a small bowl until smooth and well combined.
Once baked, remove the tofu from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving with the spicy peanut dip on the side.
