1 clove Garlic, minced
Fresh Thyme and Rosemary, to taste
Salt & Pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, juice and zest of 1/2 lemon, minced garlic, chopped fresh thyme and rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken thigh in a baking dish and rub the lemon herb mixture thoroughly over it.
