120 grams Cauliflower

PREPARATION
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Season the salmon fillet generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Once the oil is hot, place the salmon skin-side down (if applicable) and sear for about 3-4 minutes. Flip and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is just cooked through.
