INGREDIENTS
1 block (400g) Firm Tofu
1 cup Broccoli (91g)
1 medium Red Bell Pepper (80g)
1 medium Carrot (50g)
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1 tablespoon Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
PREPARATION
Press the tofu gently to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
Add tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until all sides are golden and crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
Once tofu is crisped, add minced garlic and grated fresh ginger to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add chopped broccoli, sliced red bell pepper, and julienned carrot to the pan, stirring frequently, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften but remain vibrant.
Drizzle low-sodium soy sauce over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the stir-fry and give a final gentle stir.
Serve immediately, enjoying the blend of textures and flavors.
