PREPARATION
Press the tofu to remove excess water and crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the diced onion and tomato. Sauté until they begin to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the crumbled tofu and add the turmeric powder, mixing well to evenly coat the tofu.
