PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle lightly with a portion of the olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, chopped rosemary, thyme, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
