PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon skin-side down for about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the fish is just cooked through.
