PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400°F for roasting the broccoli.
Toss the broccoli with a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and minced garlic. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
