1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
PREPARATION
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
Heat a non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Lightly spray if necessary.
Add tofu cubes in a single layer and let them sear until golden and crispy on all sides. Remove tofu and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté briefly until fragrant.
