PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread the drained and rinsed chickpeas on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to ensure an even coating.
Roast the chickpeas in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until they are crispy, shaking the pan halfway through for even browning.
