Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Drain the canned tuna and flake it into a bowl.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper along with the lemon juice and olive oil to the tuna. Mix gently to combine.
Wash and pat dry the butter lettuce leaves and lay them out as wraps.
Spoon the tuna mixture onto the center of each lettuce leaf.
Top with sliced cucumber and a few pieces of avocado.
