1 cup Asparagus
1 cup Cauliflower
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Place the salmon, skin-side down if applicable, and sear for about 3-4 minutes until a golden crust forms. Flip and cook an additional 3 minutes, or until the salmon reaches your desired doneness.
