INGREDIENTS
6 ounces Salmon Fillet
1 cup Asparagus
1/2 head Cauliflower (approx. 200g)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Seasonings (Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder)
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the olive oil and sear the salmon skin-side down for about 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
While the salmon cooks, trim the asparagus ends. Steam the asparagus until just tender, about 4-5 minutes.
Break the cauliflower into florets and steam until soft, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a blender or food processor, add the remaining olive oil along with a pinch of salt and garlic powder; blend until creamy, keeping a slightly chunky texture.
Plate the seared salmon alongside the steamed asparagus and a generous scoop of cauliflower mash. Serve warm.
