1 cup Broccoli (91g)
1 tablespoon Honey
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the honey garlic glaze.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Place them in a bowl and toss with a pinch of salt and pepper to season.
Arrange the seasoned wings on one side of the baking sheet. Brush the wings evenly with half of the glaze.
On the other side of the tray, add the broccoli. Drizzle with the 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil, season with a little salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
