Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the sweet potato into fries, about 1/4-inch thick, and place them in a bowl.
Drizzle the sweet potato slices with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the sweet potato fries in a single layer on half of the baking sheet.
In another bowl, lightly coat the chicken breast with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Sprinkle the whole wheat breadcrumbs evenly over the chicken, pressing gently so they adhere well.
Place the chicken on the other half of the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning the fries halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F) and the fries are crispy and golden.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
