Crispy Baked Chicken Wings with Roasted Potatoes
Enjoy a savory combination of crispy baked chicken wings paired with perfectly roasted potatoes. This dish features succulent, well-seasoned wings with a crunchy exterior and tender interior, while the roasted potatoes add a comforting, golden side that makes for a satisfying meal.
INGREDIENTS
6 oz Chicken Wings (170g)
100g White Potato
1 tsp Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Salt
0.25 tsp Black Pepper
0.5 tsp Paprika
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
0.25 tsp Dried Parsley
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to help them crisp up. In a bowl, toss the wings with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Place the wings on one side of the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
While the wings bake, wash and cut the potato into bite-sized chunks. In a separate bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a bit of black pepper.
Spread the potatoes out on a separate baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden and tender.
Once both the wings and potatoes are cooked, garnish the wings with a sprinkle of dried parsley and serve alongside the roasted potatoes.
