Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Dice the sweet potato, red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces. Place them in one section of the sheet pan.
Slice the turkey sausage into rounds and add them to the pan with the vegetables.
Drizzle the vegetables and sausage with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss gently to coat evenly.
