INGREDIENTS
350g Firm Tofu
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 cup Broccoli
1 medium Red Bell Pepper
1 medium Carrot
1/2 cup Snow Peas
1 tablespoon Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
2 cloves Fresh Garlic
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
PREPARATION
Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the tofu cubes and cook until all sides are golden and crispy, about 6-8 minutes.
Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté briefly until fragrant.
Add chopped broccoli, sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and snow peas. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 4-5 minutes until they are crisp-tender.
Return the crispy tofu to the skillet.
Pour in the low-sodium soy sauce and toss everything together for an additional 1-2 minutes, ensuring the tofu and vegetables are evenly coated with the sauce.
Remove from heat and serve immediately, enjoying the texture and bright flavors of the stir-fry.
