Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Form the ground turkey into patties (about 6 oz total) and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the turkey patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, until they develop a golden crust. Once seared, transfer the patties to a plate; they will finish cooking later if needed, or can be enjoyed slightly pink inside depending on preference.
While the patties are cooking, chop the broccoli into florets. Toss them with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread evenly on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the edges begin to crisp.
For the garlic mashed cauliflower, steam the cauliflower florets (or small chunks) until tender, about 10 minutes. In a food processor or with a hand masher, combine the steamed cauliflower, nonfat Greek yogurt, and garlic (minced or lightly crushed). Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
Plate the turkey patties with a serving of roasted broccoli and a generous dollop of garlic mashed cauliflower. Serve immediately, enjoying the balance of savory protein, roasted flavor, and creamy sides.
