INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Rolled Oats (about 30g)
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (30g)
1/4 cup Almond Flour (30g)
1/4 cup Raisins (40g)
1 Egg (50g)
1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce (65g)
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (20g)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (4.2g)
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda (2g)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon (2.6g)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, whey protein powder, almond flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, unsweetened applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the raisins.
Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are set and the edges begin to turn a light golden brown.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
