1/2 cup jasmine rice
1/4 cup fresh mango, diced
1 small red chili, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Flip the salmon and cook for another 3 minutes.
Pour the mango-chili glaze over the salmon and cook for 1-2 minutes until the glaze begins to caramelize.
