INGREDIENTS
5 oz Top Sirloin Steak
100 g Potato
1 cup Mixed Greens
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (Rosemary & Thyme)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F for the roasted potatoes.
Wash and cut the potato into small cubes. Toss with half of the olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread on a baking sheet.
Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until crispy, stirring halfway through.
While the potatoes roast, pat the steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the remaining olive oil.
Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on thickness.
In the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic and fresh herbs to the skillet, spooning the infused oil over the steak.
Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Assemble the plate with a bed of fresh mixed greens, add the crispy roasted potatoes on the side, and top with slices of steak.
Drizzle any remaining pan juices over the steak for extra flavor and serve immediately.
