INGREDIENTS
4 pieces Chicken Wings (~200g)
1 tbsp Honey
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1 pinch Black Pepper
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a medium bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, low-sodium soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ginger powder, and black pepper.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Add the wings to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the sticky marinade.
Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking tray. Reserve any leftover sauce for basting.
Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, brush with the reserved sauce, then turn the wings over.
Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
