1 cup Asparagus
2 cups Cauliflower Florets
1 clove Garlic

PREPARATION
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add half of the olive oil. Once hot, sear the salmon for about 3-4 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms and the salmon is cooked through.
