For the cauliflower mash, steam cauliflower florets until soft (about 8-10 minutes). Transfer to a blender or use a potato masher to blend until smooth with a bit of salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Plate the dish with a serving of cauliflower mash, topped with the seared salmon, and a side of garlic green beans. Garnish with an extra squeeze of lemon if desired.
