Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Place the wings on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through. Flip once halfway through cooking to ensure even crispiness.
While the wings bake, prepare the honey garlic glaze by mixing honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Once the wings are almost done, remove them from the oven and brush generously with the honey garlic glaze. Return the wings to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to allow the sauce to set.
For the roasted broccoli, toss the chopped broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a separate baking tray. Roast in the oven (can be done concurrently) for about 15-20 minutes until tender with slightly crispy edges.
Plate the crispy baked wings alongside the roasted broccoli. Optionally, drizzle any remaining glaze over the wings before serving.
