2.5 tsp Olive Oil (~11.25g)

2 cloves Garlic (~6g)
1 tsp Fresh Thyme
1 tsp Fresh Rosemary
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breast on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush half of the mixture over the chicken to coat it evenly.
