Whisk together citrus juices, honey, and remaining olive oil to create the glaze
Pat salmon fillet dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
Place salmon skin-side up in the hot pan and cook for 4 minutes
Flip salmon and brush with honey citrus glaze
Cook for another 3-4 minutes until salmon is cooked through
Assemble the bowl by placing quinoa as the base, arranging roasted broccoli on one side
Place the glazed salmon on top and drizzle with remaining citrus glaze
Serve immediately while hot
