1 Turkey Sausage Link (56g)
1 cup diced Sweet Potato (133g)
1 cup Fresh Spinach (30g)
1 teaspoon Olive Oil (4.5g)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Toss the diced sweet potato with olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and spread evenly on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until tender and lightly browned.
While the sweet potato is roasting, slice the turkey sausage link into rounds.
