200g Asparagus
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (from half lemon)
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Trim the asparagus and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
