150g Carrots

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the honey, minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. If you like, add finely chopped thyme leaves from one sprig for extra flavor.
Pat the chicken thigh dry with paper towels. Rub the honey-garlic mixture evenly over the chicken thigh.
Place the chicken thigh on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
